Alex is a Consultant Soil Scientist with over 30 years of applied soil science experience. Following an academic career at Cranfield University Alex worked as Principal Consultant for TGMS Ltd specialising in sports turf construction. Following this Alex worked in Uganda with his family, Jackie and two girls, Harriet and Bethany undertaking agricultural development work in Gulu, Northern Uganda. Since returning to the UK Alex is managing his own company, Soils. Managed Ltd, undertaking a range of soil related work.

Andy has recently retired after spending his career working in industry for a number of international companies based both in the UK and abroad. Trained as an accountant he spent the early part of his career living in various European locations. Laterally moved more into operational roles and eventually ended up as an Executive Director of a number of European subsidiaries for a middle east conglomerate. Andy was born and brought up in the Shetland Islands but has lived in Surrey for over 30 years.

David is a Chartered Accountant with a wide range of board level finance, risk management, regulatory compliance and corporate governance experience, gained primarily in the financial services industry.
